Event refund & transfer policy:
There are partial refunds available before 31 January 2013 (80% event fee). There will be no refunds after this date. Transfers will be possible between separate DUAL 2013 distance options with an administration fee of $20 up until 28 February 2013, or while not fully subscribed (whichever comes first). No partial refunds if downgrading. Sorry, but there are NO transfers to other total sport events (or DUAL 2014) with this one. Transfer of a DUAL 2012 entry to another person will be possible with an administration fee of $20 up until 28 February 2013.
